The leftover cornflakes chivda can be used to make quick-tasty bhel.....especially when unexpected guests knock the door!!
Ingredients:1 cup cornflakes chivda
1 tomato chopped(optional)
1/2 onion chopped
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp chaat masala
sev to garnish
salt to taste
Method:Mix all ingredients and serve immediately.
****Add finely cut cabbage (1 tbsp)for extra crunchiness.
